(AFX UK Focus) 2009-11-30 16:27 US GOVTS: 375,000 HAMP Trial Modifications To Become Permanent (Interactive Investor)
Washington, November 30 – The Treasury and Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)announced today that a nationwide campaign under the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) will convert roughly 375,000 mortgage modifications currently in the trial phase into permanent loan modifications by the year end.
