Hi , my right tale is : I worked for car dealer ship on 2007 ( w2 ) with payroll is 8k/month . Then 2008 am self-use ( still pay for myself 8k very month ) last month I go back to same job like 07 and got 3 paycheck 4k on 4/15 , 4/30 and 5/15 . My husband own IRS 15k and I have 40k in saving now . My renting is 50 and credit score only 645 … can I use 8k refund from HUD to pay tax on the closing day ? Can I get the FHA loan with all these problem ? Iam in TX . Thank you .
Please honest help … I didnt question for work , jobs or borrow money from personal … thanks again .
