can someone co sign for you if they have an FHA loan?

my brother has his own fha mortgage and wants to co-sign for me i’m doing fha as well, can we both qualify, he would be a non-owner occupant, I know with the ancient guidelines you could but how about now?

    Yes, FHA allows a non-occupant co-mortgagor for the purpose of co-signing for a relative. All income and debts are added together to qualify. Typically, FHA will allow you to only have one FHA at a time.
