• Our combined income is right at $100,000
• I currently already own a house on an FHA so cannot do a second FHA – must be conventional (from my understanding?)

• Our main draw back right now is my credit rating; I am currently setting right at 580 (which is obviously not a excellent thing).

• We have hired a top notch credit doctor whom is confident that my credit score will be closer to 700 within 6 months.

What can we do to get into this house??

I have considered going to the buyer with the offer of paying them $1,000 per month (free and clear) to HOLD the house for us while my credit is being optimized afterwhich we will pay full price and cover closing costs…….. Is this a terrible thought?
