Do you reckon I should borrow from my 401K for a down payment on a house?

I currently looking at FHA loan for 200,000. I am required to place down 3.5 percent which is around 7,000. I currently have 4,000 in savings. Should I borrow the 3,000 from my 401K and pay it back in small intervals like 50 per check and back it back in 3 1/2 years? or should I just see if I can get a loan for the 3,000? I am first-time home buyer
