i am trying to buy a house everything was going smooth until the appraisal came back the price she came up with was $40,000 less than my contract needless to say that the comps that were used were foreclosed homes and homes that were distressed properties. anyway the home has been remodeled from head to toe new kitchen, bath, floor, etc…when i questioned for a new one they told me that it does not follow the guidelines of the fha and that the house was bought in 3/9 and is being sold again in less than 90 days. my closing is july 27 if subtract the numbers that is way over 90 days about 3 weeks to be precise. anyway if i get a fha release will that appraisal follow me to my next lender or will i get a new appraisal.
