FHA vs. Conventional Loan–Can I have both?

I currently have an FHA loan on my house. I want to buy another house. I have the funds to place a down payment on house number 2 and I know that I cannot have have two FHA loans. Can I finance the second house with a conventional if I already have an FHA? Thank you in advance for your help!
