For Realtors: Have you ever sold a HUD Disaster Evacuee house?
I've advertised for hurricane evacuees to buy these homes in Texas, offered by HUD at reduced cost, but no luck in really finding someone who wants one, and qualifies. Have you had any luck in this? How?
