Considering I Payed ALL bills on time every month for 15 mos which incl’s: Car loan-K Bal- Opened Aug 07, Stu loan-k Bal- Opened 04, Installment loan-,900 Bal-Opened 05, Secured Credit Card (my own personal money) 0 limit- Zero (0) Bal- Opened April 07 and a Revolving Credit Card (Macys)-0 Limit- Zero (0) Bal- Opened 05. No Collection Accts. Last Late payment was 15 months ago Exactly. I have one acct which is listed as Closed, it was a credit card for 0, Opened in 2004 & Closed Feb 07. My husband’s credit score is not that terrible but not fantastic. He makes more money. He makes ,000 with no OT. My income is ,000 With no OT.His Fico is a 618 which shd go up w/in the month b/c he plans on paying off all the bal’s on his current credit cards. He has a paid off car loan on his report which was never late, and about 4 credit cards that he also never had a late payment on but there are a few closed accounts reported which he did defaulted on but has paid off each in full. So basically he owes about 0 total in credit cards with a total credit limit of 94. He also has one installment loan he took out last year thru our credit union for ,000 which is going to be paid off within the next year. I beleive his bal is less than 00 on it. After he pays his credit cards he will only have this installment loan and that should be all his debt. Based on this info which is the best interest rate we would best qualify for on an FHA loan?
