Harrisburg Housing Authority appoints new president (The Patriot-News)

The Harrisburg Housing Authority on Monday announced the appointment of Senghor A. Manns as president and agency counsel, replacing Jerry Shenck, who served as acting executive director since June 2007 and who is retiring.
