Okay, Place an offer on a small sale home. We were approved by the seller, then I was told we have been approved by the sellers mortgage company, now HUD has to review the paper work and approve the sell.
What does that mean? We are pre approved with a lender and have our ducks in a row, I just need someone who knows something to tell me what it all means before I lose my mind!!! Do we have this home! Should we be plotting to go in the next month Just so confused!!!
The seller approved, The sellers morgage company approved, now it just needs to go through HUD for approval. I was told that HUD was just going to be looking at paper work. and then we could go into contract. I’m just looking for someone who has gone through the process who can clarify the process of getting approval through HUD? How hard is it, after HUD what comes next? Sorry hope this addition helps
