I am a single mom & want to know the benefits i can have for me and my baby in NYC. PLEASE HELP!?

I am currently unemployed and just realize i’m pregnant. but i reckon no one will hire me until i give birth. i really want the baby but cannot afford it really!
can anyone please help me!? are they any ways I can find benefits for me and the non-born baby? I’ve heard things like SSA, WIC, and HUD? does anyone know which one i should goto?
