I’m a buyer, should I have to pay out of my own pocket for FHA appraisers?
I’ve tried to buy a property before and, had to pay out of my pocket for the FHA appraiser and, didn’t get the house because of the appraisal. I was told the money was non refundable. Now I’m having to do the same for another house. It cost 0. each time.
