Im working on a bid for the local Housing Authority and I need some help with the HUD paperwork.?
Okay, I just started working for my husbands HV-AC company and he chose to try his hand a housing authority job. The paperwork is crazy! What exactly is a non-collusive affidavit? Is that something we fill out or does the notary? Im taking the bid bond to the insurance company today and they will fill all that out for me. I don’t want to call the Housing Authority and question them because I don’t want them to reckon my husband in inadequate. The HV AC work he does is exceptional and he has been in business over 20 years. I reckon I might know the rest of it, just the non-collusive affidavit is what is getting me! Thanks everyone!
