Is it wise to do a Inspection before getting the contract back on a HUD home?

We won the bid on 6/12, my real estate agent says it may take a while to get the contracts back from HUD since they may be a small behind right now. She suggested yesterday we go ahead and do the home inspection so that’s once less thing we will have to do. Since so many things can go incorrect with HUD I’m not sure it’s the right thing to do? Anyone have this problem, if so, what did you do?

PS From the research I found, it says I can’t do a Inspection until we get the contract back but I’ve heard of others doing different.
Yes, I know I will not get any money back on the inspection if I don’t go forward with the sale, I also know I’d be out of the money if my loan doesn’t go through, and that HUD won’t make any repairs. I’ve done my research on all that. I’m not concered with anything going incorrect with my loan, I’ve just heard of things that can happen with HUD. I was just wondering what everyone thought.
