Line 303 (cash from borrower) in HUD statement, is this amount I should take to closing?

1) The number on HUD statement ( 303 number= cash from
borrower), whatever dollar amount is in this box, I have to
take that amount cashier check to the closing ? right as a
buyer ?

2) There some other charges in SETTLEMENT sheet at the end , do I have to worry about that ?
