Looking for data on 1st time buyers programs backed by HUD and a national and regional break down?

I am looking for statistics on first time buyers programs that require you to return the down payment if you don’t live in a home for certain period and that are federally insured by HUD. Ideally, I want to know how many first time buyers program are out there that are backed by HUD, how people they have helped over the years and how many and where are they helping people now.

Thanks in advance.

Really you won't find that type of data anywhere. Community banks are suppose to keep that type of data for their Community Reinvestment Programs. The federal government has tried unsuccessfully to track that data.

The only other way to even come close is to call a bank on the phone and question them about their own data.
