I have searched every inch of this home and cannot find a data plate anywhere, does anyone know of another way to find this information?

Well, you know its from 1976 or later since it has a HUD mark. The HUD plate should have all the information you are looking for.
Manufacturer’s Name
Trade/Model Name
Year of Manufacturer
Serial Number
HUD Construction Code Mark
HUD Construction Zones
Are you looking at an exterior metal plate, or the interior paper/foil mark (usually in the switch box)?
Here are some other places you can find info, if the mark is too faded or hurts to read.
Modular marks are sometimes found on the underside of the sink. ID serial numbers are usually stamped on the hitch.
If you only have a HUD code, and can find no other info, you can contact IBTS and request a record search for the information about your MH. It is a $50 minimum for the information though.
