Renting with an FHA Loan?

I just bought a condo with an FHA my plot was in 5 years to get a house, but keep the condo as a rental property. At the signing the lawyer made me aware that you can’t use an FHA with the intent to rent. Since I am living there for 5 yrs and will be at that time looking to rent is that legal? If not can I re-fi to a non FHA in a couple years?
