Can you refinance an fha loan if?
Monday, October 12th, 2009…. you’ve been late making payments? Since we bought our house a few months ago 2 months in living there they raised our payment due to taxes and an error on some ones part. So we’ve been making payments late, but we are up to date with our payments. In having a history of paying late can we refinance? Interest rates are low right now. We have an fha at 5.9%.
Yes there was an error. I just said the reasons why our mortgage went up and one of them was because of taxes and the other was an error someone made during escrow, which is costing us over a grand. Anyways we had are taxes reassessed and there going down, but still have to pay for that error made with the escrow account.
Is anyone famililar with 203k loans/streamline rehab loans? Real Estate professional please help.?

Does anyone know If this loan allows you to buy a home that has major hurt. Its a deceased family member place I want to buy it and fix lots of hurt. The roof has caved In. Will the 203k fha rehad loan allow a loan for a home with that much hurt?

I found a small sale for $79,000. The home needs a new roof. For down payment 3.5 percent would be $2,765. Closing costs assuming 3% of what its going for would be $2,370. Together this would be $5135.
I only have about $6,000 total to pay to get into this house. I am supposed to talk to a mortgage guy monday but heard about these 203k loans that may allow me to roll the cost of a roof into the loan. Could I get into this house for 6k or less?
