We’ve lived in this house for two and a half years and 5 months ago got an FHA refinance. But we may have to rent this house out because of economic problems. Could we get in distress for this somehow? Our Mortgage is underwater so if they tried to call the loan or foreclose in my opinion that’s their problem…we’re just at that point. Amusing thing is we’ve always paid our bills on time and it seems the people who don’t are getting all the breaks.

Friday, June 12th, 2009hi we are looking to buy our first home. We want to use an FHA loan because we want to go within 5 months because our lease ends in our current apartment in 6 months. Considering that, we will only have a small to place down. We will buy in my husbands name cause Ive only been at my job for a week. His monthly yucky income is about ,000. I also have terrible credit from about 3 yrs ago so including me is a terrible thought.
We need a larger place, and with 2 cars, living in an apartment is crowded. We fight over parking right now, and my kids are stuck inside because there is no place to playoutside so we want a home with a huge yard. And i figure if we are going to buy a home, we might as well try to get the one we want. So… We are looking to buy a home between 5,000 and 5,000. Maybe as high as 0K if possible. With 3% down we can manage. If you are a loan officer that knows aboutloans in cali please help us.

How to get out of a HUD apartment leased for one year? What will happen?
Monday, May 25th, 2009Leased HUD apartments with a one year lease, & now want out of them (so our family can get back together).
What will HUD say? Will they let me out of it? Or the apt mngr –is he likely to make me pay the rest of the year out? (It's been apx. 5 months of the year's lease.)
