I’ve seen 15 and 30 year FHA mortgages, but what about a 20 or 25. It seems to be a pretty huge jump from 15 to 30. Do other term lengths exist for FHA?
I only have 3% down required for FHA, but that’s because my rent is insanely high right now. A 30 year mortgage on the house I’m buying is a couple hundred lower than my current rent, and 15 is a couple hundred higher.
Maybe refinancing after a couple years is my only option.
