I want to buy my first home and have a credit problem, can anyone give some advise?

Hello,

I’m 23 years ancient and i found a home and it’s around ,000 in North Carolina, and i have never owned one in the past but i reckon it is time for me to won now with my new family.

I need to get a loan for this hud home that i want to buy but i’m worried about my credit, my credit score is 551 and YES I KNOW THAT IS TERRIBLE FOR MY AGE BUT I NEED TO GET A LOAN AND NOT PAY ANYMORE RENT. especially when i can have a mortgage payment for the same amount IF NOT LESS.

iS THERE ANYONE THE CAN GIVE ME SOME ADVISE OR SOMEWHERE IN NORTH CAROLINA WHERE I CAN GET A LOAN.

What’s a HUD case mean for a house listing?

I found a house listed for sale online and it says it’s a HUD case, does that mean it’s really crappy inside? Or does that mean it’s owned by HUD as opposed to a bank like a foreclosure? How does a house become a HUD house?

Are you tempted to buy a large house for $5,000 in ?

Detroit has many empty houses for sale now. HUD has auctioned homes for less and it is all on their website hud.org. How many years before Detriot becomes a fantastic place to live and work again.
I reckon the low prices appear only at the auctions.

Is it easy to be scammed when your buying a house thats a forclosure? Are these deals for real?

I’m looking for a nice house that would normally sell for around 100K to 150K in the suburbs in Western NY. I am not interested in HUD homes or fixer uppers. I’m just wondering if these forclosures you always hear about are scams or just junky houses…Anyone know?
