1) Does it help taking a cashier’s check for 25,000 ,this way any final number changes I am OK ?
2) Will they give me a refund check if I give them more money in the cashier check than what is in the HUD ?
3) Or do they usually they personal checks for any difference in amount at the closing if any ? ( $100-$1500)
