I’m plotting a go to florida in the year 2011 early 2012?

Is there anything that I have to know about orlando , florida? I’m plotting on renting. Does anyone know if there is excellent local transportation in orlando, florida? I would be transferring to the Federal Building in Orlando, Florida to end out my years at HUD before I retire. Is there any apartments that have an upstairs bedroom?

Taxes on a HUD foreclosure in Indiana?

This is my first time purchasing a house and it just so happens to be a foreclosure. The house is only 5 years ancient and was only occupied the first 3 years until they foreclosed. It has been completely vacant for 2 years. Both my Realtor and my mortgage lender assure me that the bank or govt that owns it currently will credit me at closing for any back taxes currently owed on the property. Since it has been vacant for so long im sure it has lost all exemptions and will be way more in property taxes. Any info will help tremendously… Thanks!!!
