So we are looking for a home and find alot of Hud homes around here that are very appealing. We have questioned to look at a couple our agents tells us she hasnt really dealt with Hud homes before. And stears us away from them. Should we find another agent. Also if we bid just $2,000 below asking price would that be a excellent shot for it. I know we have to go through a agent to bid and there is risk with these homes. But we still are interested.

The house we are intersted in is listed at 90K So we thougha bid of 88 would be excellent….IS that too high I reckon we are supposed to low ball it abit but how much
