We finaly Got the appraisal,When do we close?
This deal is taking forever.(WE ARE BUYING, not to shout but pleased)
We are going through WELL’S FARGO. We paid for the appraisal five weeks in advance,finally got it done and it did not appraise out for what we thought (guessed) it should as in barely above the loan. But still excellent enough for FHA.
Our agent seems to be disinterested in us. We get very vague answers , such as my husband questioned him ” Are we locked in on the interest rate and he said. “Probably”. Should I be concerned?
We are running out of time as the property is running into forclosure but basically is already there. As of last week they are 3 months behind in Morgage payments.
We questioned for a closing date today and he said look on the Excellent faith estimets paper work.. it say’s 11-11-12 Maybe I am reading it incorrect but that is way longer than we want to wait.
I know that it takes a long time time to buy a house and all but 3 months is getting just silly now.
Please give advice and im already stressed so please be nice.
