What does HUD and the law say about a Retirement Apartment Complex who are receiving Federal Funds for Low Income Residents and Section 8 program, regarding the manager-owner not allowing religious speech or programs or any speech at a Christmas party that the manager-owner would be giving for the residents.

      nothing

      it is private property. no party at all need be given and the owner is fully within his rights to specify that no religious speech will be tolerated.
