    Need to know particulars. Depends on:
    –whether was FHA or VA or Rural Development loan; any of these sets another clock ticking;
    –whether you have a deficiency judgement;
    –whether the loan was discharged in a bankruptcy;
    –when the deed really transferred out of your name.
