On July 16th we got a credit card for best buy and spent three hundred dollars on it. We have not received a statement yet. Well on July 27th we chose to get try and buy a home. We made an offer and they accepted we are waiting on a loan to process. They said they needed the credit score to rise 3 points to get an FHA loan and they did an opt out program to see if that does it. Well this credit card was not on the credit report and now they are pulling a new credit report the first week into Aug will it show up and will it lower the credit score??
