I make 45,000 a year and have a 550 credit score as of June of this year, and have been on track since then (no late payments or anything derogatory since then) when will I realistically qualify for a VA loan or a FHA loan? What if I got a creditworthy co-signer. My bills are about 0 a month. I have no thought what to do can someone please help.

ALL OF YOU ARE INCORRECT…….FHA IS THE WAY TO GO…YOU JUST NEED ABOUT 30 POINTS TO YOUR SCORE….580ISH….AND OF COURSE IT DEPENDS ON WHAT IS CAUSING YOUR SCORE TO BE SO LOW…IF ITS RECENT LATES…YOU HAVE TO HAVE A SOLID EXPLANITION OF WHY YOU ARE LATE….IF ITS HIGH BALANCES ON CREDIT CARDS…YOU CAN PAY THEM DOWN AND GET A RAPID RESCORE AND YOUR NUMBERS WILL MORE THAN LIKELY INCREASE…..THERE ARE PLENTY OF LENDERS OUT THERE THAT CAN AND WILL HELP YOU WITH ALL OF THIS…..LIKE I SAID…FHA IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO…..AND ITS NOT THAT HARD….OF YOU NEED MORE INFORMATION…LET ME KNOW…I CAN GIVE YOU SOME CONTACTS…..
