I’m looking to go out of my parents house for the first time and I’m looking to get into a condo or a forclosed townhome. I heard to find a place that is fha so the government can help with the loans or something. I am absolutely clueless as to where to even start. I obviously want to find the best deal and the lowest payment possible.
